Executive & founder with operator mindset
I have spent more than two decades building, fixing and growing businesses in Turkey and abroad – from traditional industries such as retail and automotive to advertising, media and, in the last years, crypto exchanges and digital asset platforms.
As a C-level executive and board member, I have managed P&Ls, led turnarounds, handled crises, exited substantial debt and orchestrated complex restructurings. I combine hands-on commercial experience with a straightforward, “owner” mentality: numbers must make sense, people must be aligned, and the strategy must be executable in the real world – not only in slides.
Today, through Yeygun Consulting, I work with a small number of clients at a time, mainly founders and investors who need a trusted sparring partner to challenge their strategy, structure their companies for scale, and navigate regulatory and reputational risk in fast-moving markets.
